Sounds like one of my days...
theres a guy playing for us, Miles, who used to be at LSE - so was in that team last year apparently (plays flanker).
maybe some of his old team mates would like to know he threw up 3 times in a 20 minute stint on the pitch

Played rugby today in a mini-tournament and my side won all of their games and our first game we won was against the eventual winners. Didn't do that much but apparently one of the tackles I made was like a bodyslam (played as a forward for rugby 10s).

I used to do Samurai Ju-Jitsu. Now do Wing Chun Kung Fu which i find alot more relevant to real life. We practice against all other martial arts and boxing/kickboxing etc... eventually testing and building the system. This shows that it does work, however by doing this people say it isnt traditional. (sorry to rant on but i dont see many martial art posts)

Look on the web, there are types of Kenpo and Kempo , not sure the difference, but it could be a translation mistake which has never been corrected.
