AI? Maybe for now, I think they both have the potential to be better than he is.

Pistons leading game 4 47-31 with about a minute until half, I think this is another must win for them, 3-0 is bad, 3-1 isn't much better.

Maybe bcos if they are to prosecute everyone taking cocaine the courts wouldnt be able to cope, plus it was only found in his system because the club tested him, which is a bit unfair and normal drug users wouldnt get randomly tested. Also he did it in his own time and didnt cause harm to anyone else and is serving a punishment by being banned from football, something the courts wouldnt have been able to impose
The courts wouldn't be able to cope? That is absolute rubbish. This is a Class A drug, the highest category of drug in this country and carries a jail sentence and fine for possession. Its not unfair at all - he broke the law and in an industry where drug testing is important, he deserves to be locked up for that stupidity. Where does it say that you can take drugs in your own time and get away with it - as a resident of the UK, Adrian Mutu is subject to the laws of the land and if he breaks it - and gets caught - he should be taken to task over it. It becomes a matter for the Police and CPS once FIFA has dealt whatever punishment they choose.

Actions on the Football PITCH not as black and white - if you murdered somebody on a field, course you'd be arrested and imprisoned just like if you seriously assaulted but most of the time, footballers nowadays just grapple like girls and land a few blows in the heat of the moment before its broken up and usually nobodys lying on the floor covered in blood which is what you can see sometimes outside after a fight on the street when the pubs filter out when theres usually no intervention and I don't ever see that happening on a football pitch. People usually apologise afterwards anyway and that's the end of that. May be slightly illegal but there are circumstances which intervene here unlike blatant drug taking.

Performancing enhancing drugs AREN'T illegal - except whilst under the rule of FIFA but what still remains is that in the UK, taking a Class A drug such as cocaine is ILLEGAL. All over the country its illegal, on a football pitch or in the privacy of someones house before training, its illegal. If he cannot explain himself, why shouldn't he be treated like the rest of the population?

Dont think it's necessary in my opinion. The general threads are used for a bit of chit-chat and tidbits of news/discussion and people regularly make new threads for individual matches and news. If a new forum is oppened might aswell wait till the new season though.

Chelsea are just outbidding any team that tries to buy a player of any sort of talent! it just leaves other teams to settle for second best and try and bid for players that chelsea don't want! its ruining the game! and another thing how many "tap ups" does there have to be for any sort of effective punishment to be enforced!!

£100,000 fine! thats nothin to chelsea! ya may as well as just spank their backside! in fact yeah do that! id get more enjoyment out of it!!

    Do u agree?

Tapping up should be legalised by the FA because EU law and other FAs in Europe permit it. Plus I'm sure other teams have done the same as Chelsea in the past with their economic power, it just wasn't hyped up by media etc as much as Chelsea today.
