What is good about hodgson? Absolutely nothing, hes small, not very strong, and an average kicker. I don't even know how he got picked for England nevermind the Lions.

I think London should win the bid - Paris is great too but I believe that the Olympic vision for London is greater. And you can really see the effort people are putting into it - of all the 2012 candidate city websites, it seems like only London's one has promotional videos. The overall feeling I get is that those in London are trying the hardest to get the bid - and things are more well-planned and organised than is the case in other candidate cities. I must also say the Olympic Park they're planning to create in London really beats what Paris has got on the drawing board.

Hodgson is a far better creative fly half than any of the other three on tour. I don't think it is a risk worth taking to pick him from the start because his kicking cannot be relied upon and he can miss important tackles, but I think a place on the bench on current form is deserved. How Wlikinson makes it into the team is beyond me because I can't see him doing anything to trouble the All Blacks. Hodgson would be a good option from the bench. He can break the gain line and pass support players through gaps, something which we won't see much of with the current line up. The emphasis on Saturday will be about kicking for territory and dominating the resulting set pieces. Creativity may well go right out of the window sadly.

i'd love it if the olympics came to london..it would be great for promoting all kinds of sports..and getting more people actively involved in sport around the UK. It would be great to get a chance to watch some events..like... basketball finals..some really big names would be walking the streets of London. I think London is a great candidate city for the games..i mean to be honest its the city most foreigners want to visit and its building plans shuld go better than the ones in Athens:-p

not a bad side we have put together now i look at it, the only changes I'd make would be Latho on for Rogers but hes injured so I guess Rogers is all we got without moving bernie in the backline. Swap Lyons for Scott Fava. Thats it.

And since this is only against Italy. I'd like to see...

    15- Bernie
    14-Mark Gerrard
    13- Stirlo
    12- Gits
    11- Lote
10- Flats (yes i know hes have a caution game out for the headnock, but still)

And that would be my highly experminetal backline.. I wonder i think it wouldnt do to badly.
