It's not the calories you want to be worrying about.

It's the caffiene!

Strange and yet true, in older women exessive caffiene consumption causes what are known as saddlebags or having a fat arse. However, you being young shouldn't have to worry about that yet. I'm just glad I'm a bloke, doesn't happen to us.
Strangely enough, they use caffeine to help cellulite.

Umm, no I've heard tips where you rub it on your skin. (Yup, weird)

Caffeine can be used in weight loss pills, creams etc because it is a mild stimulant so it increases your metabolic rate. However unless combined with diet and exercise it'll have little affect.

I actually can't believe you are asking about the calorie content of instant coffee, it's the most stupid thing I've ever heard.

Nescafe makes you fat if you use the car to go and buy it.

or possibly if you consume a metric tonne of it, though you'd probably die from an escapade like that.

I wouldn't worry about that,I sit on tv while mom uses the car and goes and buy it:p:

It won't make you gain weight... but caffeine is a HORRIBLE toxin and will give you DISGUSTING cellulite - sorry :frown:

I'd seriously rather be slightly overweight than continually on a diet.

Food is to be enjoyed.

Trick is to have a healthy diet and good exercise really. There are some athletes who have to eat ridiculous quantities of food to maintain weight. I think Steven Redgrave was on about 9000 calories a day during the peak of his training.
