For Edexcel, I'd say coordinate stuff, like finding the locus of something. Those questions seem to be pretty long, and hence we're more likely to make mistakes.
Also, integration can be quite challenging.
I think intrinsic coordinates are poo.

That ellipse question is the epitomy of evil. Hopefully hyperbolic functions and reduction formulae will be do-able, so I can run away from the co-ordinate systems question(s).
