    Hello!

I've done alot of really useful volunteer work but my ps is out of space already. Im applying to medicine and it would really make a difference if i could mention all the work that I've done.

There's a rumor that there's a special section for this kind of thing

Is it ok if i put it in the employment section, if not, where can it go???

    Thank you!!!

I would like to know as well. I put in my paid part-time job, but I didn't put in my volunteer work. I doubt it, as it is not really employment as you aren't paid - however you should definitely mention it in your personal statement.

I'm pretty sure that I put my work at Mencap in there. I guess it would depend whether it was a long term thing that you did instead of having a part time job (I used to work 2-4 nights after school) or whether it was just like 2 weeks' work experience. If you're stuck for space appletree it might be worth sending it over to us in PS help to see if we can help you cut it down a bit.
