    maybe an hour per subject on top of school.

    Depending on how clever you are/ your aptitude for the subjects; you may need to do less/more. I wouldn't imagine you would need to do more than a few hours for each at MOST.

    Study until you know and understand everything that will be tested on the exam. As this varies from person to person, no one can tell you how many hours you should be putting in.
