Did anyone do the AQA Unit 4 today?

I thought it was a reasonable exam, the only things that got me were just simple 1 mark stuff that I realised after the exam (esp the first multiple choice question - KE or PE?).

Section B was quite reasonable, some slightly different questions to past papers but overall not a bad paper.

I thought unit 4 was horrific as I had not revised. I actaully did a rhyme to pick the last answer of the multiple choice, as the brain was not working as well as usual.
Unit 7 (Applied physics) was a bit better as most formulas are on the sheet to remind you.

Our school is a bit weird and made us do the module 5 (the astrophysics module, grr what a useless area of physics for someone wanting to do engineering!) in January. So it was good to have only 1 module today.

If you're referring to the paper I think you're referring to then you should look here...

Our teacher advised us against choosing astrophysics as it mainly very theoretical as our school does not have an observatory. So it came between the choice of mechanics and electronics, so mechanics won.

We had to choose between medical and astro physics (as a class) and chose medical There were only about 4 of us wanted to do astro physics! Medical physics exam seemed ok though.
