Here's the deal, I'm currently at uni and useless at cooking.
I have some frozen bolognese sauce in a plastic container.
How should I reheat it and how long for?
Mircowave? Oven?
Thanks in advance

Ideally, it should be left out to defrost.
You could defrost it by putting the container into a bowl of boiling water and prodding it occasionally but changing the water when it starts to cool down.
When its sauce like again, heat it on the hob in a saucepan
I did this the other day and I've not died from it so I presume its safe enough!

Maybe put it in the defrost setting of the microwave for a while and then heat it up as normal. Should be fine as mince generally is is its pre cooked.

Defrost, then put in a pan to slowly reheat.
If you're really hungry, use the microwave to heat up.
