are there certain types of jobs which are easier to get than others?

Hi, I am a seventeen year old guy, almost 18, and in short, I REALLY NEED SOME MORE MONEY. I want to take a gap year between my A levels and university, but they are expensive, and although I have a few hundred pounds in my bank account, that is nowhere near enough, and so I want to try and get a job, possibly one day a week, to make some more money.
Therefore, I am going to have to make a cv and apply for lots of different jobs in the hope that I will get one. I haven't had a job before, and so I want to know, are there some jobs which are easier to get than others?

All jobs are very hard to get at the moment... and as you haven't really got any experience in working it will be harder.

I would try restaurants + hotels see if you can get a job as a waiter. You could do every friday or saturday night.
