i don't know what kind of medicine you would get prescribed for raynauds disease. i believe my mom and i both have it, but in hk most people don't see a doctor for it...or not western doctor. i'm someone who trusts western medicine more, but then i've got to admit that for raynauds disease, chinese herbal medicine & remedies actually works really well.

my mom used to force me to drink these stuff for improving circulation and stuff, and i grew up eating a lot of ginger and sometimes drink ginseng tea. some taste really disgusting :puke: but my raynauds disease has gotten a lot better, even though i hate to admit it. :p:

I know exactly what u mean! I always have cold hands and feet. I kept going to the docs but they never took me seriously and just told me to wear gloves. After a year of this they started to look into it more. It turnes out its linked to a back problem and I am now seeing a physo (how ever u spell it!) twice a week. Apparenlty your back vertabray (I so cant spell - sorry!) can be so tense that it can cause pressure on nerves which sends signal to your brain and prevents you brain sending signals to your hands and feet! Its really complex stuff but basicaly through physo its getting better and my hand have definetly got warmer!
