concetration calculations watch

1. I understand concentration= number of moles/volume

however this is the question i can't get

Calculate the concentration of the following solutions in g dm-3
(i will just put the first one as i am just looking for how to do it not for someone to do it for me )

a) 0.01 mol dm-3 of HCl

that is all the information i am given

2. molar concentration (mol dm-3) = mass concentration (g dm-3)/RMM (g mol-1)

4. Okay it's just a combination of the two formulae moles = mass/RMM and concentration = mol/vol

If you work out the RMM of HCl and times it by the concentration in mol dm-3 you will get g dm-3

Okay, thankyou that makes a bit more sense i will go off and try this out now .

okay so just to check would the answer be 0.01x 36.6=0.365?
