I can't remember the full thing - but its batchelor of medicine and surgery in latin. Someone clever on the site will know.
Google is clever:

MBChB = Medicinae Baccalaureus Chirurgiae Baccalaureus
If you see other combinations which are 'MBBS', 'MBBCh', 'BMBCh' they mean the same thing. The MBBS one is granted only by London universities (e.g. kings college, queen mary, UCL, etc...).
