I'm just starting on a gap year. I had originally applied to University and was all up for going until my circumstances changed and I decided to take a year out at the last minute.
I wondered if it would be OK to use the same Personal Statement as last year, as it did me well this year, getting offers from all 5 choices. This would mean that there is no reference to me taking a year out, but need there be?
Just wondering if anyone else had been in a similar situation?

You can but it is usual to say what you're doing in your gap year.
