So, this year I'm doing Philosophy A level. I'm probably going to make it a one year intensive course and do it to A2 level in the same year as AS. The only thing is, I don't know how to state this on my UCAS form. My tutor told me to add it as an AS level, because I'm just starting it so my grades would be down as "pending", but would that be right? Or do I add it only as an A2 on my UCAS form? I feel that if I add it as an AS subject, it seems like I'm only doing it up to AS level.

Hope that makes sense, at the moment my brain's a bit scrambled :p:

Add the AS on the AS part, and put "pending" and then put the A Level on the A Level part, and put "pending". If you want them to know you're doing an intensive course, put it on your PS, but they should be able to tell anyway from the fact you haven't got your AS result for it yet.

Not true, as it may be the case that her school does not certificate her AS grades.

K well put it in your PS if you're desperate for them to know.
