My school had them in the first two weeks of term in January.

Mocks don't require as much work as the real exams most people at A-level have in January.... just console yourself by thinking it gets worse.

We have exams at uni this time of year every year. Its actually not that bad because it gives you something to do instead of wasting your time watching the tele!

Year 10s have exams right now at my school. They like testing us.

although in theory i get a month holiday from uni for christmas i've got so much work to do it's scary. I've got exams in january (that count towards the end of year marks). As well as 3 essays, translations, lots of reading and lots of orals to prepare. Also i've got to work really hard to improve my oral spanish over the holls cos i'm really behind. Added to this there's my job and in general wanting to have a life. So i'm starting to have a bit of a panick about the ammount i want to fit in the holiday because i want to be able to have a really nice christmas with my friends and family. Can't beleive how quick the first term of uni went though.... has anyone else found this?

I'm in a worse position: I have exams in January that count towards my degree. And I've only been here 10 weeks!
