    Hi,


    I've decided I want to get fitter, atm I'm not really overweight, maybe slightly, hardly noticeable though.

    I don't think I eat healthy enough and drink too many fizzy drinks!

    I'm not interested improving my muscles etc but just generally want to be able to improve my stamina.


    So basically have you got any advice really? What would the best step to take be? Any good sites to look on?

    Stamina, for anything inparticular?
