lol tell me about it, near the end of year 11 teachers got us copying out of those books, people were copying down the bloody jokes as well, screws with your mind.
It's annoying, cause you're sat in an exam remembering what was written in those books and you're like "plus all the stuff about sulpur dioxide" and it's like yeah.

There's some very bad jokes in my "Chemistry GCSE in a Week" book:

    1. "The names bond. Ionic Bond. Taken not shared."
    2. "I think I've lost an electron." "Are you sure?" "I'm positive!"

"Youd think they could have come up with some slightly prettier names, as would befit this most awsome and wonderful moment, really. Here's some from CGP:

'Take the Bus - no, leave it here.'
'Housework - I wish the house would do the work.'

    And some from German CGP:
'Aber? - knowing me, knowing you, aha...'
'Der-Die-Das - sounds like German Trainers...'

www.samlearning.co.uk is quite good in my opinion. "active learning" is the key to success, get your parents to test you on certain things, get used to being under pressure. Dont slack it off, not long to go
i like sam learning acording to research every 10 hours on there improves your grade by a grade

oh does anyone else have the revision guides that say stupid things above the barcodes at the back

My physics teacher gave us a really good way to remember the electromagnetic spectrum. It's a bit rude, but the only thing that everybody can remember.

    Randy
    Men
    Inject
    Viagra
    Until
    Explosive
    Growth

Good revision for you if you can actualy remember what these stand for

Finally someone who hates little britian as i do. I am so fed up with everyone quoting from it then everyone else bursting into histerics. Its not funny. I saw one eppisodee and refuse ever to watch it again. If you want comedy watch The Young Ones, Blackadder, Father Ted, The Vicar of Dibley, Bottom or many other hilterical comidies but dont watch Little Britian. (but bloc party arnt bad)

Anyhoo...THat thing about the electromagnetic spectrum is good. Ill have to remember that for tomorrow
