I would like to begin a fitness regime, one that i can stick to even when i have school.
On a normal school day, i go to bed near midnight and i get up at 0600-0640 then shower. I watch a bit of news, television or check my emails. Then i leave for school around 730.
What i would like to do is get this torso fat rid of. I need to start running and doing anaerobic exercise also.
What weight scheme should i do to build muscle?
What running scheme should i do over a 7 day period to get rid of this very unflattering stomach/upper torso fat?
I do not have access to a gym or swimming pool. so this is going to be a home/the area in which i live, job.
