lol ima waitress. we put all the tips in a box tho and share it all out
yeah we do normally but cos im only part time i dont get a cut from the tip box so wen some1 gives me a tip, its mine!!!!lol
Im part time aswell, but they cut the tips according to how many shifts / what shifts you work.
Ours weighs loads, we got a padlock on ours, but now since about october, all our tips are going towards our xmas party, we get all our alcohol free all night, got a DJ etc, its being done at our restaurant, clearing all the tables and chairs oput the way, its gunna be wicked!!
