Doesn't work, I've been chomping my way through steaks, salads, chips, all sorts of vegetables, popping pills and drinking lots, hell I've even been eating salo, and my weight is still exactly 66kg. Argh!

Vitamins are probably good for you if you're lacking something, but they don't make you gain weight. (Or if they do it's no wonder I'm so huge)

Drink milkshakes (anything, even Slimfast or some random bodybuilding powder - lots of calories) at least three times a day, eat regular snacks (chocolate, nuts, dried fruit), drink non diet drinks (check they have lots of calories), eat lots of fried food on top of normal meals.

Are you very skinny? Why do you want to gain weight?

just eat ffs, have u tried 10,000 cals a day yet?

Drink non diet drinks. A 2ltr bottle of, say, Irn Bru for example, is 860 calories.

try eating 6+ packets or crisps a day, biscuits between meals, and drink coke.

strange how you actually want to put weight on!
Do less exercise. Eat absolutely everything in sight!

I have the same prooblem. Its so frustrating when you just CANT put weight on! I've always been under-weight but sometimes you do want to be bigger. I think that more should be done to raise awareness about being underweight. Do you find that people tell you that you are thin? I would never dream of telling someone they were fat - so why do people think they can do it to thin people? It still effects us in the same way. rarrrrrrrr

People are jealous and for some reason it's totally PC to say someone looks disgustingly skinny to their face, but not if they're fat.

Okay the obvious answer may seem to eat more! But that really doesn't seem to work for me! Im in desperate need to put some weight before my holiday in july, i have tried eating really 'fatening' foods but its no use!

Anyone else have my problem and know of something that worked for them? Perhaps a vitamin supplement of some sort??

Thanks!

Feel exactly the same. I've always been this weight no matter what i've ever done. Tried the 'high build' milkshakes, didnt work though. I always have crisps and chocolate but it never makes a difference.

You could try building with muscles though. Thats what im gonna be trying to do after mi exams. If you feel thin, try building your body with a lttle muscle.
Protein bars, see helath stores online. American football trainees eat them to bulk up.

Complan or Build-Up.
They use them on EDUs to facilitate weight gain.

Write down everything you eat in a day on a list for a week, and work out how many calories a day you ate on average for that week. Record your weight at the beginning of the week and at the end. If your weight stays the same, increase the amount you eat by 500 calories(2 mars bars a day will do this), if you lose weight, increase the amount you eat by 1000 calories(1 big bar of dairy milk).

There we go, easy peasy.
Supersize Me Diet works a treat!

They supplement with protein ie. shakes/bars to add calories and supplement their training (on and off the pitch) they build muscle, not fat. Eating a protein bar wont do ****.
