For each molecule of glucose, does the Kreb's cycle go round twice?

Yep, because after glycolysis 1 glucose molecule breaks down into 2 pyruvate molecules so 2 Acetyl CoA molecules can then enter Kreb's cycle...hence the cycle goes round twice

how many molecules of ATP are produceed during anaerobis respiration? is it 2 ATP overall? or 2 ATP from glycolysis and then 2 from the next stage?

In anaerobic respiration only glycoloysis will work. Thus you are right , you get a net gain of 2ATP per 1 glucose molecule. You also end up with energy rich products such a lactate and ethanol. Lactate can be rescued by the cori cycle and its energy released but the ethanol pathway (alchoholic fermentation) is irreversable.
