Okay. I just started talkin to the ex recently. Tonight she's drunk. I was talkin to her on MSN with the cam on. After a while I said I was goin and then she goes no please stay and all that crap. So I do and after me trying to leave a few times someone rings her and I say night then cos I don't wanna watch...and she ignores me.

I think she set that up just to get to me because that's what she's like. I want to stay friends with her and see how she's doing from time to time but not if she's gonna behave like she does. She's always been this way, so I don't think she'd change...Should I just stop talkin to her altogether?

I'm a big softie I know lol but what should I do? I'm always nice to her but she's always doing things to make me jealous or angry etc...

I'd say definitely cut contact with her at least for now, otherwise you'll end up hurting both her and yourself. Does she still have feelings for you (as far as you know) and vice versa? If either party is still not over the other person, you guys are not ready to go down the friendship route just yet.

eg I was sayin so you're off schoo now til September and she goes so why are you interested its not like youre gonna come down and see me. (does that mean she still has feelings for me lol). And other things like that.

Should I tell her I'm not talking to her anymore or just do it?

I guess only you can decide. Do you think you can bring yourself to tell her that? How do you think she'll react and do you think you are likely to give in to her again? If you do decide to tell her, do it firmly. Say that you are not ready to be friends yet and you are cutting contact with her until both parties are over each other. Otherwise I think you should just do it. No phone calls, no text messages, no MSN.

I can tell her, I've told her before. It's her mind games that she plays and all other stuff. I'll tell her tomorrow and explain for about the tenth time that she doesn't realise how what she does effects other people and she's really quite selfish. Thanks./
