    um about 18.3 i think, but they didn't have my exact weight so had to work that out. That's in the healthy range but i'd like to be a bit less.

    haha im in the range too.. i eat soooo much crap it just doesnt seem to go anywhere though :s:

    I knew my BMI was not good because i have to take these special "build you up drinks and food" that taste like absolute crap. Oh well.

    never heard of them :s: i don't know i must eat at least 15 chocolate bars 4 packets of crisps and various other stuff a day but i dont put any weight on :rofl: its mad i tell thee!

    yeah apparently i have lost a stone(well i didn;t realise i did), i used to way 9 1/2 stone and i now way 8 1/2, and im a tall guy, about inch away from 6ft. I need to work on my upper body strength to get more muscle. Its odd though because recently i have begun loosing my appetite, maybe its because of all the exam stress and work. Oh well.
