    It's crap.

Last time i did it i was overweight, yet you can nearly see abs and i haven't even cut this season. ie. anyone who does any sort of resistant exercise should ignore it.

my partner is 6'2 and weights 13stone and even then he could do with a bit more meat on him!
Exactly, according to that at 6'2 I should be about 13 and 1/2 stone... but if I was I'd be really weedy. Admittedly at the monet I could do with losing a bit, but a few years ago I had a pretty good level of fitness and very little fat on my body, and was over 15st.

That said I actually haven't measured myself for years. Hypothetically I might be taller that 6'2 and be completely inventing my height. Hmm... maybe I should check.

WHAT? 13.5st on a 6'2 person is quite enough!

What do you consider weedy exactly?

I'm 6'1 and just over 10st, and i look in shape and healthy.

IMPORTANT: Please note that BMI is not as accurate if you are an athlete or very muscled (muscle weighs more than fat), as it can push you into a higher BMI category despite having a healthy level of body fat. It is also not accurate for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or people who are frail
notice where it sais about athletes (i assume that sports come under that, since youl be more muscley as the quote shows)

mine was 20.75 - Healthy. Which iis good. Last time I checked, I was underweight...
