the claim of 'she seems to follow peer pressure in my experience'?
A good mod is someone who does the job and gets on with the community. Adhsur does both of these things. For example, edders does a good job at moderating but at times, he deliberately does something to annoy someone. That member remembers this and becomes an anti-mod guy who has no respect for the board. Following (the majority of) peer pressure is a good idea for any leader.

But the mods shouldn't do things because of peer pressure, they should trust their own judgement, that's partly why they've been appointed as mods.

precisely. edders started well, but was bullied into submitting to this pressure by various 'groups'.
