Anybody doing D2 for OCR tomorrow?

I'm pretty happy with it but I cannot for the life of me remember how to take a question in game theory and set it up in linear programming format i.e.

    Maximise P = V
    Subject to: etc.

And then convert this into a simplex tableau.

Can somebody help me out please?

Do you have to know how to convert it to a simplex tableau. I havent come across a question where you have to yet.

Well, you have to be able to interpret different games, and the constraints involved, it shouldn't be hard with some practise, and then convert the constraints into equations using slack variables, these can then be used to form the simplex tableau and then just apply the simplex method.

10.5 here, the histogram question was quite cunningly worded, sort of like two questions I thought. Hardest D2 paper I'd ever done, but D2 ain't that hard, so not sure how it went!
