I can feel the effects of having a phone too close to me at night, gives me head aches, but not bad ones.

I sleep with both my phones by my head so I hear the alarms in the morning. If I do speak on it for a long time it gives me a headache though and I've noticed I've got a lot clumsier and whatever over the last 5 years since I got a phone!

EMF radiation can caused brain damage but many reports say that they are safe. I am not sure but think about it, you have a coil which is transmitting data at quite a high speed (I forget the speed for the GSM standard) its not going to be good for you.

I think in moderation they will be ok, they have around for 20 years now and there dosn't seem to be any incidents reported of yuppies getting brain dieseses.
