I keep drinking water, but I just feel really breathless, my chest feels tight, and I'm really clammy, I'm not even *that hot*. I want to go to sleep but i just won't be able to.
Grrr I'm also thinking this might be because I was eating peanuts earlier (when I was nice and cool in the cinema) and they always seem to have a breath-taking effect on me
Anyone have any ideas what to do?? I'm almost dripping in water from wear i've splashed myself so like i said, i'm not reaallly hot
