i used n=19 at first. then if you count the no of years it makes sense its n=20. so i changed it. it is n=20. alot of ppl i know got n=20
3. WELL GUYS... today my S1 teacher went through the S1 paper... and the teacher for C2 will go through it tomoz... so tomoz watever he says i shall believe, ie for n=19/20, coz he is GENIOUS lol!

6. i think n=20 z the correct one
because the no. of terms is calculated using (last term- first term +1)
which z 24-5 +1=20
7. i really dont remember if thats what i did ..... *pokes brain*
8. i guess if im lookin at the paper, i mite remember lol

think n=20 z the correct one
i hope so coz thats what i put
9. who got the rate of volume flowing about 5620?
10. (Original post by blind!!!)
who got the rate of volume flowing about 5620?
yeah!?
11. who got the rate of volume flowing about 5620?
i think so ....... i multiplied the answer from my previous question by 120
12. yeah coz... 2m/s, for 1 minute= 60 secs... so

2m/s * 60 s = 120m!... * the 42.XX m^2 = 5XXXm^3 ?
13. should it be divde by 120?
14. (Original post by ramroff)
should it be divde by 120?
no coz m^2 * m = m^3....

M^2/m = m?

the ones i remember agree with yours. except for 10. the area you talk of - is that the part that is shaded and labelled "R"? i believe i got 6.75 for that.
although...i also did C3 that day so i may be getting confused.
17. i got 6.75 for the area aswell
18. (Original post by nas7232)
i got 6.75 for the area aswell
yeah i think i remember it now....
you had to do the area of trapeze - area below curve (between 1-4)
which gives you:
0.5x(5+3.5)x3 - 6
12.75 - 6
= 6.75
19. yep, that's what i did [8marks aswell ]

that's about the only question i can remember with g.p, binomial
