Are you talking about a Student Loans Company loan or a HSBC bank loan, have you already applied for a Student Loans Company Loan?

HSBC is for the student account, and the loan is that student finance direct thing

I'm with HSBC and they do have a generous overdraft limit, however I will not be banking with them when I stop being a student as their customer service is rubbish.

Student Loan - fill out the forms and get them sent in ASAP, that's all you can do.
