Missing a person

When I see this girls face I fancy (not just the face I fancy), it always brightens up my day. On days I dont see her, I kind of miss her...well actually I miss her alot and Im left with emptiness abit. I will soon be leaving school (just 4 days of exams left) and it will be for good. Does missing seeing her face mean much more than fancying her? I actually feel happier when she gives me direct eye contact because I think she likes me as well. I dont even know her at all but shes very very pretty. Every time I look at her eye to eye, I turn away because...shes too pretty. I can hardly ever remember her face either, well I know its in my head but its like hidden. It drives me crazy when I see her unexpectedly (though I dont expect much). Most of the time if turn to see her, I think she knows Im in her presence and so turns to look at me. When Im close to her, I also avoid looking at her because she just makes me want to look at her more, just staring at her.

Apart from being bored  , Id like to know what you think of my thoughts  . What should I do, am I having mistaken feelings etc...

I know what you're talking about and to be honest you should find out if she does like you because you're going to have a lot more to gain than lose as you may never see her again. Perhaps just speak to her and just try and stay in contact as friends or just do something together; so you can get to know each other better without having to worry about labelling it as a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship which may put her off from the start.

Don't just sit there dude... talk to her! At least you'll get closure either way. Having something playing on your mind for yonks is horrible, I wouldn't recommend it. If I were you, I'd go talk to her  You don't have to totally lose contact with her even if you're leaving school and you never know what could happen if you do

well for a start, she isnt in my year so i hardly see her around school. and for talking to her, if shes surrounded by her mates, i chicken out. and there have been a few lone moments with her walking pass a corridor and ive chickened out as well. i dream of those lone moments of me speaking to her, but all in reality she just looks at me with her pretty face and stays silent. once shes passed me, either she turns around i i turn around (but then again we must both turn around to see if we were looking at each other). i recognise one of her mates that she hangs around with and once she told me "my mate fancies you" to me but it was very quick and she walked off without saying anything else. the person i fancy wasnt there with her, but i was hoping well am dreaming of it being her, lol. i can have lots to say, but only when someone starts a conversation and so im crap at making a move. actually im quite ignorant on the "hey i fancy you" signals, i know but dont act but then this girl is different. shes out of my league.

I'm sorry, but thats pathetic. Suck it up and talk to her. She's hardly going to eat you for breakfast.
aww bless you...it sucks knowing you're not going to see people again esp the one you dress for in the mornings, make sure you get there just at the right time so you can sit next to them and who can smile at you and make the whole day better...the best way would probably to write your number/email address on a piece of paper and give it to her..if she wants to call/IM/email you then she can and if not at least you tried..you could be more direct but if you're a scaredy cat like me you'll stick with the paper option! good luck!!

First of all, no she's not out of your league if she turns round to look at you when you walk past eachother. Also, shes probably noticed you looking at her and will have told her friends so I reckon she probably was referrring to the one you like.

Confidence is your only problem methinks. The same thing (almost exactly!) happened to me when I was a bit younger and the very moment I left that school I felt like slapping myself for being so silly, it really doesnt take much, just talk to her! It might be awkward if your shy but it muct be done!

EDIT: muct? Hmmmm.... must

so, if you know it's being pathetic then why don't you do something? Suck it up and get on with it or move on. You don't even have to chat her up, just talk to her.

The worst that can happen is she rejects you, you won't see her again and you move on and begin to lose a fear of rejection. All making you a stronger person in the long run.

Bit of sensitivity?
why? The last thing he needs is '[Aww bless look how cute you are' and sugar coated rubbish.
Aww thats sweet, the looking away signs are deffinatly signs of flirting so ur going right so far. GOOD LUCK

If you've got so little school left, just make a move! If she says no, so what, you won't see her again at school...

Im similar to u dude.
But the girl goes to college and im in sixth form.
i totally know how u feel as i do when i talk or get close to here like once every week.
Kinda makes u want to give her a big long intimate hug
But its difficult to see if she actually likes me or not.
Its all in the heart....
eh ...how many times has it happened to all of us before! And how many times havent we kicked ourselves in the ass after the moment goes past!! Dude ...just buck up the courage and go do it! I'm sure watever happens, it'll turn out just right!

i just like to update you all about my last day today... even though i knew i was going to chicken out i prayed just to see her face again and i did. my schools big so unlikely chance of seeing her and im only there for the exams. i saw her in the physics classroom walking passed and she saw me as well. i guess fate gave me one last sight of her pretty face. im a fatalist to some extent. regrets? yeah i regret myself for losing out on such pretty girl like her, but im so used to regret in life. i kind of love her and i dont even know her. ive only fallen in love once and thought it would never happen again. i havent seen my first love in a year now and this girl grew on me in aprilish. shes given me hope that there is someone out there for all of us waiting. thanks for the advice all!

Aw...I know exactly how you feel :frown: I've been out of school and havent seen the guy I like since...It's driving me crazy and I'm actually feeling somewhat depressed that I can't see him all the time like I used to. I really don't know if he likes me...He knows that I like him and when I asked him to dance he said yes without hesitation...Maybe he's just shy. I think I might walk down his street this week in hopes of seeing him...Not likely, but still worth a try  I must say, it was quite difficult to take that step forward to speak to him, but it was worth every second! You should have jumped on the opportunity...You let her get away :frown: The worst she could have done was walked away...
