Hey, i did this coursework last year so here's my bibliography, I'm not sure how useful it is coz i can't remember much of it, good luck!

    (1) ‘Biology 1’ – Cambridge Advanced Sciences (OCR), pg 23-8, 56-8 – I used this book for information about water potential and carbohydrates.
    (2) http://www.learn.co.uk/default.asp?WCI=Unit&WCU=36621 and http://www.bbc.co.uk/gardening/htbg/...2/bulbs1.shtml - I used these websites for information about tubers (and potato tubers in particular).
    (3) - http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=turgid – I used this website for an exact definition of the word ‘turgid’.
    (4) - http://www.ncsweetpotatoes.com/nutrition.htm and http://www.ida.net/users/potatoexpo/...nutrition.html - I used these websites for nutritional information about sweet potatoes.
