GCSE Food tech..grrrrr

hey, im doin gcse full course food technology with OCR, the theme of paper 4 is cookchill and microwave meals but i can't find any revision websites on those topics. if anyone knows any, let me know please.

Our teacher told us that Paper 3 & 4's case study will be to do with "Cook-Chill" products and "Microwavable" products.

There even is a specimen paper (well sorta - just like an information sheet) on OCR's paper that states this for Friday's exam!

Hmmm...makes me wonder whether I'm doing the same exam as you then - you know you get variations like I know there's about 3 different GCSE geography courses you can do with OCR...maybe it's like that?
