I keep having a dream that I cheat on my bf.

I keep having a dream that I cheat on my bf. It’s a really memorable dream, and in the morning I can remember all the detail. I never normally remember my dreams. The bloke in my dream, I do not know at all. His name was arun, and he looked Spanish/latin, he was a radio presenter. In my dream, I met him at a caravan site where I was staying with my boyfriend. I do actually sleep with his bloke in my dream, which is really disturbing, as I would never cheat on my bf. This dream keeps occurring and it’s freaking me out big time. Anyone got any idea what it could mean?

This happened to me a few months ago (except it was lots of different dreams and lots of different guys!) Honestly I wouldn't worry about it - they're just dreams!

I think mine were caused by some subconscious fear of commitment so early in my life - my subconscious was rebelling by being a dream *****. :p:

But they're just dreams - don't worry about them and don't feel guilty because it isn't your fault!

I watched a programme/read an article (can't remember which) which said that dreams like that mean absolutely nothing. The dreams you have to be careful of, are if you're continuously having dreams about a certain body part for example, because that can mean something bad/good will happen and then it's worth investigating. (I realise I trailed off subject a bit, but the dream you had technically means nothing at all.)

it's just your subconscious. maybe you secretly think it would be fun but in reality it's not. in my dreams i sometimes fly out of my window. in reality, great fun, till i hit the ground and go splat.

have your dreams ever come true before? If yes they are not dreams they are premonitions. My boyfriend gets those he had one that i'd cheat on him and i did (i was drunk). If this hasn't happened before don't worry about if it has just keep you brain in the right place and don't do anything you might regret.

Well, dreams are first of all just dreams...so dont worry too much about it. Now it's a little different if u have the same dream often. Certain stuff is also important ...is it the same bloke? Same place etc? If u can tell me...i can help you more on that. Else if you've just had it once....let it go and dont think too much into it !

OMG this keeps happening to me at the moment but there are always different ppl in the dream. this sounds really lame but when i write my diary i dont seem to have them :redface:

I think dreams can mean something - for instance i have this dream where all the stones in the ring my boyfriend bought me fall out. I think this occurrs when i'm worried about our relationship for whatever reason.

I'm not saying her dream is a premonition - just maybe perhaps she is worried about some aspect of her relationship and this is manifesting itself in a dream. xx

Yeah, you are untangling hordes of information and emotions in your subconscious. Writing in a diary or writing poetry helps loads of people deal with all the "stuff" of life.

As for the cheating on bf dream, I do think that dreams are often representative of at least something which is relevant in your life. Perhaps there is something bothering you that you're in denial about or some episode that hasn't had proper closure. You may need to express yourself more during the waking hours, I know that if I didn't talk to my friends about how I felt about my life, very regularly, I'd go insane.
