    Tonight at approximately 11pm in Manchester (the further south you are of this the earlier it will be) - the moon will be at its lowest point on the horizon and therefore will appear very big if you look south... it's gonna make for some good pictures

    OMG I saw it last night in Manchester on the east at sunset, and I was shocked cos I thought it was the sun and the sun doesnt set in the east, so I just thought myabe it was Venus or Mars or summit, but I didnt know it was the moon. It was beautiful and red and huge.

    don't climb too high up, just go upstairs and look out of a window, the higher you climb the more the illusion is destroyed as it wont be on the horizon
