This happened to me at the begining of the week....i found that a nice healthy tea, long bath n good sleep made me feel better, so think it was just stress :smile:

I had flu ovr weekend...kept falling asleep and was really drowsy, best just to let it run its course and try and relax and keep reading thru stuff.

Don;t do anything too stressful. Try to eat proper meals and keep yourself hydrated. Get plenty of rest too, you're under a huge amount of pressure with the exams so you'll get tired more quickly.

Is there anything i can do to sleep more? I am having huge troubles sleeping as i am all blocked up and can't breathe at all, damn hayfever! Didn't get to sleep until 4 am last night as heat, sound of fan, ear ache and nose from the hayfever.

I recon it's a mean mean cycle.
........Ibuprofen..... :smile: always works for me!
