Its not that i find them boring. I just don't want to spend time with them. I really don't know why. To be honest...i feel like i've outgrown them. They're all slightly younger than me and even though they're not necessarily immature i feel like i should be hanging about with people a lot older.

You could just feel tired or restless

If it's not that and it's actually your current friends that are the problem - maybe you could go out and meet some new people

I think you're just ready for new experiences etc. a break from the usual now 'boring' things you and your mates do and maybe you are more mature/ have changed/ grown up etc. I sorta felt the same at some point, however I made some new friends and felt as though had more fun/ more in common with them and had a laugh, it is really hard to do though when you're still at school though as it's so hard to make 'new friends' and leave your 'clique' (friendship group).

Hey good luck , maybe it is just a phase, I don't see my friends at all really now I just see my gf all the time lol, heh they probably forgot what I look like.... hope we don't split up lol or else I'm gonna have no social life for a while or the awkward texts, meeting up of 'hi, how are you, not seen you for x amount of time wtf can we talk about/ do'.

Believe me, you may not like your current mates, but dont turn your back on trying to find new ones. having been in the position of having no mates, during my mid teens I made some friends for life, and they are still with me now, and there is nothing I cherish more than my friends

Well i felt like that once a few months ago, but that was because I didnt feel they were mates to me. So i ditched them, and I'm happier now. Think about why you dont want to be with them, whether it be because you dont like em, or because youd just rather be on your own for a bit.

I'm like that sometimes, just can't be bothered to see my mates because half of them are on msn anyways! one of my mates won't go out at all, except for school, he will either stay on the internet till 3 in the morning, or go to bed at 5.

    No...:p:

I've got the cold just now though. So i'll just say that's why i'm staying in.
If you've got a cold, maybe that's why you don't want to see them anymore? You're probably just run down with a cold and haven't the energy for socialising!

hmmm i can relate, lately i feel i've outgrown people, me + my best friend since i was 3 have drifted apart, despite living 2seconds away from one another, she got a bf. (mates b4 dates)

Most my really good mates left and went elsewhere for a-levels/din't take them, so i ahve liek two people i'm actaully gonna really miss when i leave 6th form!

    it sucks!

You need sumtime for yourself, and there you are having it..
there will come a time when you will start missing your buddies and you are sure to hit with them again
Make sure you dont take too long to realize you got to care for your friends aswell..
