Im just wondering how I should write about my work experience. I have almost finished my 5rth draft for my PS for medicine and just cannot seem to find a good way to relay my work experience without listing it. Any advice will be appreciated.

What unis are you applying to? What are your predicted grades? What AS grades are you going to get? What work experience have you done?
It's good to not list it. Unis always want to know what is it you've got out of the work experience - everybody's done it but unless you've learnt something from it it's pointless. If you send your draft to me I'd be happy to pick through it next week (last exam Tuesday, not a lot else to do for the next three months really)

You could split your work experience up so that all similar experiences are grouped together i.e. I had valuable experience of working in a clinical environment during the time of ....... i held the responisibilities of ..... and found that this gave me an excellent insight into the world of medicine and strengthened my ambitions to work in this environment. I have also had experience of ..... which allowed me to see....
I hope this helps. I think explicitly stating what you found is important and the addmissions people can see your enthusiasm.
