I would have thought so - Coventry Uni is right in the city centre, while Warwick is on the edge of Coventry. If you lived in Earlsdon it's about ten/ fifteen minutes by bus to either uni (less by car I would think).

Hi,
I am going for the MSc. Econ & Fin at Warwick in coming year, and my girlfriend may go to Conentry University for the MBA as well. Just want to know how far is Coventry University from Uni. of Warwick? Can we live together?
Thank you very much for the helps!

Yup, shouldn't be a problem. Lots of Warwick students live in Coventry anyway so it shouldn't be too difficult to find a house together there. The two universities aren't that far apart (though I think it depends which part of Coventry university you're talking about - it seems to be spread around the city a bit) and I'm sure you'll be able to find a house which is near enough to bus routes to each university.

To be frank and to put it simple, Warwick University is in coventry.

One word of warning, coventry isn't pretty

But Warwick is right on the edge on Cov where it is pretty. Have you seen the houses near the uni. It is a nice place.

Yup. The area around the university is all trees and woodlands and parks and mini-mansions

I'm not quite sure why everyone thinks Coventry's so terrible. Sure it's not the prettiest place in the world, but I've been to places that were much worse.

cov is fine. Its better than stoke on trent/name other crap hole here anyway

Live in earlsdon and its a short ride on the #12 to either cov uni or warwick uni. Most cov students tend to live in other areas of the city though (e.g. stoke.....posh name for hillfields- REALLY rough area of cov).

hope this helps.

Grrr.. Stoke on trent is a nice place to! There is an area of Coventry called Stoke, that is quite bad. But even that is better than Hillfields, im scared for my life when walking anywhere near it.

Is Sheffield meant to be statistically the safest city in England? Thats what they told me at the Sheffield open day anyway. Is this not true? I thought it looked a nice place when I went there, I didn't see much of it though.
