) that I've been on a diet for a couple of months. I've lost about 13 and a half pounds (can't make it to that damn stone lol). I'm doing my exams at the mo though and my appetite has sky-rocketed - my self discipline at not eating between meals and stuff is weakening a lot atm. I've managed not to put any on yet but I've not lost any for the last couple of weeks and I feel really ashamed of myself and frustrated each time my resolve breaks.
Anyone any recommendations how I can curb my appetite while I'm doing my exams so I continue on the right path?
