Thats so unlucky bt am sure ur school will sort something out some time they have to dont they?? oh well at least you have a leavers ball most people at my school leave at sixth form so we're not invited lol.

Reply 2

No eye dear, sorry. But yeah that sucks. I'm sure they'll do something, after all its "leavers"... :s-smilie:

Reply 3

Ahh well. Why dont you organise something round someones house, make up for it

LOL yeah after last exam on monday plan on going to every club in the town and good thing is its all free beacuase my friend's dad owns a night club so basically we have this free pass to get in anywhere for free lol

Reply 5

lol! Sorry I find the lightning strike rather funny! As long as no-one was seriously injured...I'd say that your school will probably move it to somewhere else, but having said that it'd probably be a bit late notice to book somewhere else. But anyway, why the flip are you asking us?!!!! Like we're gonna know!!

Reply 6

I thought I'd vent some anger and stuff lol

Reply 7

We don't get anything, just come back next year for another year.

Reply 8

oh unlucky
probably will be rescheduled
our prom was after a girl got killed in our school in an accident
but our prom is on monday now!

Reply 9

My god, everybody has girls randomly dying at their school! Seifer, I'm sure you'll get to have it, they're a bit overrated anyway to be honest. I mean I wouldn't have missed mine, but it wasn't exactly the best night of my life. They're usually overhyped!

Yeh totally agree, yesterday was very kewl but the music was wayyyyyy too crap the best thing about it was probably madonna like a virgin lol

But it was nice tho, after all everyone is leaving so, i just made the most of it. the after parties are the best bits tho, go to them if u dont go to the prom. but there is always some drama - whether its a random girl dying to the occasional asthma attack due to a mix of chocolate cigarettes and dancing too fast to Aga do do do.

But hey, i hope that u do have a prom because its a great time for saying one's goodbye's to chavs and getting pissed.

No-one got pissed at ours... Couldn't have alki at the ap either because the club owners would lose their license :s-smilie:

Reply 12

Thats good in my view though, as everyone was remembered for who they were, and not for being some "pisshead slapper who was gaggin for a shag".

A prom isnt a prom without drunks, wouldnt you agree? At our prom we are allowed one glass of champagne per person.

Reply 14

At our prom we weren't technically allowed alchoholic drinks, only soft drinks. But everybody was pissed; teachers and pupils. Hilarious. So much for that rule...

The russia trip with my school is going to be so great, the teachers showed us last years russia trip and they showed the teachers totally hammered with the students, great,

Actually, Tell-a-lie; In our limo we did have champaigne (spelling :s-smilie:) but no1 was drunk, so-to-speak... I agree with your point bout a prom aint a prom without drunks, but at the same time I want my last thought of the year together to be that everyone was natural and how they usually are, after all thats the last memory I'd have of most of them.

Reply 17

There were a few people who we though to be attention seeking and "pretending to be drunk" - lol, what socialites... Its funny watching a perfectly sobre person who could only possibly be drunk on coke-a-cola, hurl themselves around the dance floor finding it hard to stand up - actually it's partly embarrasing.

It would be more humiliating if you don c would give them a can of non alcholic alcohol, and kind of disguise the non alchol bit, then watch them stagger away, be funny

Reply 19

I agree about that - amusing watching fake drunks; great entertainment. However, I wouldn't say the prom was all that important memory-wise, after all it's the five years of my fellow year group I'm going to remember, not 4 hours.
