    True, in that case, you have to balance maintenance and depreciation against the benefits of going into the second year of ownership with 1 year NCB. If you can afford it and have the space at home, buy a wreck and stick it up on axle stands and insure it to collect NCB :laugh:

    Concentrate on passing your test. By all means save to by a car but dont set your mind on having your car just yet, might add extra pressure on test day. It doesnt matter how good you are at driving, you need a bit of luck on your test so dont get overconfident.
