    its illegal
Only if the pupil is under age.
If the pupil is 16 or above then the teacher can not be prosecuted

It is still highly frowned upon in schools and can be used as grounds for dismissal.

I know i had a friend who went out with a teacher and he was great. But both the teacher and the student have to be so careful. Thats for sure. Its like leading double lives.
They have to make sure that they think that it is worth it or not

I can understand why it is frowned upon but it does depend on the individuals concerned
It can be seen as abusing a position of trust. I think it should be allowed once you get to uni although again this is frowned upon in some places.

Depends how old you are I havent read this thread. If you are under 18 even if it is a teacher from another school if this got out and his school is strict it could create trouble for him/ or her.

If it is a teacher from another school then the age is 16 because there isnt a direct relationship between teacher and student

    What me?
I think that it is up to the student and teacher but if it under 14 then i dont think the student is really oldenough to make that decision.
