please please please help - back emf in motors? watch

    please help - the spec says - a qualitative understanding of the back emf in motors. these re simple motors i believe.
    if anyone has any idea pls let me know cos i don't - thanks so much :confused:

    The only backwards emf I can think of is when a current is induced by a magnet/coil of wire system, and the system acts as to oppose changes, so when the current is stopped it tries to regenerate it, in the oppopsite direction and this is a backwards surge.
