hey i got a problem here...
our phy. and chem. teacher told us last week that she cant use all the lab reports we did.. because she gave us some instructions... so now those cant be sent to IBO.... why did she give us instructions then???
well and the other thing... i spent nearly 2 h doing this planning lab (my first planning lab) ... where she didnt tell us anything... just said "write a planning lab about snells law" ...
then i handed it in and it wasnt according to the requirements. i had to mention "dependent variables" and other things... she never said so!! i never heard of that!!
so yea now i have to change it...
for chemistry i made a planning lab then, tried to do it all with those variables and evaluation - 4 pages the whole lab... and then it couldnt be used cuz somebody else just handed in a planning lab on the same topic!!
so now i have deadline week next week .. actually it's not a deadline week.. our tutor called it.. 'already filled mini deadline 3 days' ... cuz we already have other things to do like sports day....and it's only 3 days
but anyway... my problems is i dunno how to make up another planning lab for physics and chemistry ... maybe some of you could send me some results you got and i can write a lab with that

well....... first of all: it does not really matter whether or not your teacher gave you instructiosn, in written form or orally, and thereby replacing P(a) and/or P(b)! You can still send in the lab report, only that the parts that were already given by your teacher cannot be counted anymore for your diploma!

It should not be any problem that somebody else had planning on same topic (if it is not copied - plagiarism). Also you can use the labs without planning. However, if it is sent to moderator then teacher must ensure that
The criteria P1 (a), P1 (b), DC, DPP, CE, MS, PS (a) and PS (b) have all been assessed on at least two occasions.
So you must do at least two labs with planning.
