    It would be absolutely ridiculous to ban gun ownership in America. It would be impossible to confiscate all the guns already owned in the US, and people would certainly try to hide their guns anyways...I would. Guns are a means of self defense and criminals would more than likely get ahold of one, leaving the public unarmed and defenseless. In my state, they don't even have to be concealed. The US has got along fine with guns and while many countries can't imagine how, they will continue to get along fine as they always have...
