You're lucky!

I found it quite hard to do because the records never got shared between my GP, health visitor, occy health at uni, occy health at work and the local health authority where I went to school.

I went to my GP to ask about mine last year. It took ages because she had to look through all my old medical records, but she found all the info eventually.
I asked my GP and they got the receptionist to print it out for me
I had to ring up the children's department of my local hospital from when I was a child and they had records that they printed off (and kindly posted to my address to 'The parents/guardians of ......) haha. My GP surgery didn't have all my records for some reason but if you're lucky they should have.
It often depends upon where you live as to what records they have. My doctor certainly doesnt have all the notes from my childhood because of immunisations at school etc. If you ring up your practice they should be able to tell you the majority of what you have had already. Also sounds obvious but ask your parents as they may remember what they sent you for when you were younger.
