Good luck finding that buddy i'm always posting about me going to do sports science but no one on here seems to want or currently do sports science and not too many people are bothered about it

But i'll tell you i have already applied for sports science and have had decsions from all my uni's

See my signature

I know im not currently doing it yet. But i recommend any of the unis in my signature for sports science just on the visits i have done to them. Brunel would be my top choice only if Exeter wasn't a much better uni and better department.

Where you looking?

I'm studying Sport and Exercise Science at University of Birmingham. It is widely regarded as one of the best departments in Europe, let alone England.

If your looking to specialise in Nutrition, psychology or immunology your lecturers are some of the world leaders in their research. Not an easy course, but incredible facilities and great environment.

yeah its really good.

if your looking for an easy course this isn't it! but its worthwhile and builds up a wide range of different skills, but very hard work!

i am involved in sport but was afraid that doing this type of degree would restrict me when i graduate, but I ended up doing a business internship over the summer and the mates on my course are going on to do all sorts of different things.

best of luck!

People see sport and think 'easy', and fail to notice the science part.

What sort of things do you learn about? How much of it is practical and lab based etc. Can you apply it all to normal day people and things or is it all elite stuff etc.

Just anything really, type away

Hi Guys,

I am applying for Sports and Exercise Science and Sports Development & Coaching Sciences but I am not sure about the main difference between these two degrees. Any help of someone who know it, please? Also , I would like to know which University it could be better among Abertay, Portsmouth, Winchester and Bournemouth to study one sports degree. I´d appreciate any kind of suggestion. Thanks a lot and one love X
