So what is really the meaning of life?!
Long ago I read about a Chenese ruler who ordered to one of
his man to investigate and tell him what really is the meaning of life.
So the man started thinking and gathering information related to the question as the years pass by.When he finally finished his work
it was written in 100 volumes and since he started 50 years has passed
.The ruler was now to old and could not read so much volumes so
he ordered that same man to gather the most important in a single volume.A couple of years passed and the man did it,but when he went to
the ruler it was too late, he was in bad dying and could not read so he
asked for a short answer. The man thought for a while and said:"Man is born, lives suffers and dies".Great story isn't it.What's the logic in this??
The logic is that there is no meaning in life, at least according to the story. But what I certanly know from maths is one think - Just cause you
can't find a solution to a problem does not mean that it can't be solved,
so what I'm saying is that maybe there is a meaning but we just have not found it.Ain't that optimistic ).Just think about it you live for something like MAX 100 years .From these 100 years maybe from 20 to
50 max 60 years you are able to search for the meaning. So what it appears is that you have about 30-40 years.Think about a kid - in order
to solve a complex problems like integrals and e.t.c it should reach 19-20
years(I'm talking about ordinary kids). What would happen if we lived for maximum of 15 years for example - we simply would not be able to solve such problems right?Following that logic what if in order to find the meaning we need more than 30-40 even more than a 1000 years. This means that we just won't be able.So in my oppinion the prior meaning
of life until we succeed should be extending life, only then we could possibly find what it's all about.

Hope what I've written is right...

I guess once we find out the meaning of life it will cease to have much appeal. Kind of like ignorance is bliss...or you stop looking for something once you find it. Frustrating though.

Interesting, though also not strictly true
well if they had spent less time watching people live just to die as if it were a miraculous discovery, they would have sailed the oceans, realized the world is not square, and in fact discovered the Americas. But nooooooooo, they had to invent fireworks

...oh, and build a wall which i forgot to mention
Eyes widely shut....
What I ment was nothing to do with what Chinese can and can not.
The thing you've written is simple and you sond like hater. Why you think that it's more important to find America, find that the world is spining around or so than let's say inventing the compass, inventing the clock,
building the chenese wall(which is the only human made structure that can be seen from the space from the austronauts),silk, the chenese kitchen,
the chinese fighters - kung fu,ushu and so on and on we go.In fact
I advice you to take a deeper look in their history culture and achievments cause the more a culture lives the more time it has to develope, research and find answers... and let me assure you that
their culture is one of the most ancient and thoughts followed by many
modern history man was qouted often such as "Keep your friends close, your enemies even closer"...

What I am saying it is - first get known of what you are talking about
and then start criticize
Nothing personal,
Peace.

Hmm , I thought you really ment it ......
Well nothing wrong with jokes , but what I would really want to
see is comments strictly pointed towards the subject - not another
anything goes chat.
But since it went that way - do you know that chenese get
drunk by drinking only 50gr of alkohol .As well as I know it was
genetic stuff, and I find it hard to belive....

Your purpose in life is to do your duty as a survival machine- protecting and perpetuating the code of the most sacred chemical on earth!

It requires no proof. It is one interpretation of the truth.
